The Social Justice, Intersectionality, and Heteronormativity Lab within the Department of Counseling, Higher 黑料大事, and Special 黑料大事 at the 黑料大事, College Park investigates the ways in which privileged social status in terms of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, and (dis)ability result in discriminatory attitudes and behaviors among mental health professionals. Key values and skills that are embraced within our lab include open dialogue, shared decision-making, inclusivity, support, collaboration, self-awareness, and critical consciousness development.
